Employment:

Strength & Conditioning Intern – SIS (March 2013 – June 2013): Working with athletes from: - Primarily swimming, Squash, Curling, Golf and rugby. Leading individual and group based sessions, Creating novel ideas to monitor coach to athlete behaviors and there feedback techniques. Identifying athlete’s weaknesses and coming up with solutions and working with athletes primarily in the S+C suite, although conditioning based sessions in gym and track were also undertaken.

Personal Interests and Development:
· Rugby (2004-2009); Worthing RFC – senior teams; Worthing college academy (2007-2009) and Sussex U13’s – U16’s winning various competitions and captaining across all teams. Member of the Universities Weightlifting team for 2 years, taking part and winning various competitions, with personal training constantly developing through technical drills performed and critiqued with peers.
